This Project is a comprehension of a process of Removal/Alteration/Repair of Elements/Spaces following a calculative Assessment of values and the prevailing condition of the fabric of the Abandoned  Stock exchange building in Manek Chowk, Ahmedabad. With this, an Adaptive Reuse strategy has been devised for this structure using three conjunctive approaches-

A. Conservative Repair for the main building and minimalist internal modulations to convert it into a cultural center befitting the grandeur of the building

B. Sensitive  Reconstruction of the adjacent extension block into an avant-garde co-working space  

C. Regeneration of the encircling urban sprawl for easement of public utilities.
