The aim of the project is to understand the various technical, design and management aspects of built heritage conservation to develop a well-informed preliminary conservation project proposal for our site with details of architectural and structural interventions, Preparation of a preliminary conservation project proposal for Vitthal temple, Dolatkhana. The proposal would comprise of documentation of the temple structure based on archival research and site visits including research and documentation of significant architectural and artistic features,materials and techniques of the structure. Evaluation of the condition of the building, historic significance and assignment of priorities would be the basis for implementation of the design strategy.
