Old city allows one to perceptive spaces in a nuanced way because of multiple activities happening at the same time, yet creates coherence. Taking inspiration from the most prominent thing in old city that is ‘street’.A sense of street has been created in the project,where the main activity human library will happen. Which in turn makes the space become a thoroughfare as this connects one end of the street to the other end. The living spaces or the residing spaces of the old city tend to be more private. So the balconies is an outreach to the rest of the context. This makes the privacy prevail, yet allows to be in a public environment. Acknowledging this, Human library in the project becomes an outreach space and creates a sense of privacy in a public environment.
