       Development on the basis of the concept of transparency and liveliness coming together on the built environment like civic and community building. By clubbing these two types of the program it will be a great opportunity to develop a transparent relation between government and community. To serve the community at large scale there is an auditorium, an open ground for cultural and sports activities, a flea market and a park. Reading library for young, activity room for the children and old, classrooms and workshops for adults to start up their business.              This is project aims to address –Transparency, sustainability, green zone and in the relation of multifunctionality, Public movement in the built environment like civic and community centre.
