The main objective of the housing strategy studio is to improve access to affordable housing, and thereby decent shelter to all income group people in Vadodara city. As a part of the sub-strategy, I chose the service land delivery to the market, which is an enabling sub-strategy. The land-based various fiscal tools can generate profit and open the land to the public domain. Ensuring the supply of serviced land is one of the housing challenges. Proper planning and organization are needed for the effective supply of services to the people. Most of the distortions happening in the supply side in developing countries. Through the interventions in the serviced land delivery, improve the supply of and access to serviced land to the people and open up the locked service land to the market.
