In-situ Slum Redevelopment on High Land value:Vadodara.

The aim to the studio is to develop housing strategy for the city of Vadodara to expand choices of affordable housing to all income groups. Through a multipronged approach to demonstrate to the city how it will be able to efficiently address the issue of housing unaffordability in its specific land and labour market. The studio has focused on framing of policies and regulations that will enable local markets to generate adequate, affordable and decent housing stock. The  objective of sub-strategy is to facilitate the poor by improving their quality of living and health by providing access to safe public infrastructure, security and better living conditions.
