The studio with precinct level planning through short term and long term proposals helps to understand the micro level planning. Then the primary and secondary analysis helps in understanding the on site condition and the methods site visits and stakeholder consultations provides us the information about the current scenario and the growth perceptions. The comparative study of Indian and International cities and existing situation analysis helps us to frame the initial concepts. The development plan studio provide us the liberty to experiment different planning approaches apart from the conventional practices in ground. It provides us a platform to understand the various methods of approaching a development plan preparation. A general outline of various factors involved in making a Development Plan has been learnt and the methods of integrating transport, housing, infrastructure and environmental considerations. Components like, Planning legislation's, DCR, Land Development tools & Mechanisms, and various other factors were learnt during the course of the Studio.
