Rajkot 2041

How the Indian Government needs to take a back seat on regulating everything and focus on more quality of infrastructure to be provided beforehand. How the market needs to be liberalized, which hasn’t happened despite economic reforms of 1991 and need to step back as they cannot control or design cities. What should be done is- incentivizing development through affordability and flexibility. When affordability meets flexibility, the result tends to be the democratization of local real estate market. Here the city of Rajkot was planned for using the same liberal approach.
