We had to prepare four reports about different stages of a project. The topics from conceiving, development, implementation and commissioning of the project were covered. In the conceiving stage the need of the project as well as approvals and finances were researched. In the development stage the project schedule and tender preparation were studied. In the execution stage the  project stake holders are finalized and safety/ quality assurance plans are finalized. In the finishing stage after all contract clauses have been fulfilled the project is handed over.
