The studio is regarding the study of construction, execution monitoring and control. This studio we came over construction sequence of  the commercial buildings and hands on experience with safety ,quality and material management.The study involves taking observations and provide analysis for the same and suggesting improvements wherever required. The topics covered are - Project details,Job site Analysis,Equipment Management,Lean Construction tool-Value Stream Mapping,Construct-ability Sequence,Earned Value Management. This studio helped us to monitor the on-going activities on construction site.
