The studio project undertaken by the group is an Institutional Building spread over an area of 30,400 sqm. It includes the construction of two towers (5 floors and 14 floors) and one podium. The scope of study for this project is the 14 floor tower.The aspects of Construction Execution, Monitoring and Control and their relevant practices followed at site in terms of site planning, quality, safety and material management were studied in detail and suitable proposals have also been suggested as a part of the study.
