This project is about the execution phase of  an upcoming Institutional Building near Ahmedabad. The project consist of two different blocks Tower A, Tower B and a Podium. Tower A is of 5 floors and it’s already in the stages of completion. Podium is also at finishing stage. We have focused upon the construction sequence of Tower B which has 14 floors and having a civil package of around INR 90 Crores. Tower B is 150 meter by length and 50 m by width. For the ease in execution, the tower is divided into three parts, Part 1, 2 and 3. The site has a major Planning, quality and safety constraint which is analysed, and suggestions are provided. Different aspects of the project was observed on-site by regular site visits. For this project, we have touched upon different aspects of the project like execution, quality, procurement, safety, stores management, Material management, contract administration, project management, Lean construction techniques and other minor aspects.
