The main focus of the work has been to identify challenges faced in day to day operations and maintenance of  water supply network. All the problems identified were addressed individually and then using customization a system has been generated which helps easy identification and better O&M for the Water supply department. The software demonstrates the geospatial technology to solve complex problem of day to day working of the department. Further it brings transparency efficiency, sustainability and scalability hence takes you close towards E Governance.
