HVAC Lab - Spring Semester Portfolio 2019

The HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Lab comprises of introduction to different types of HVAC systems for buildings, its functioning and designing of such systems. The lab familiarized students with the hands-on experience of using various instruments for measurement and experimentation of the systems. It also encompassed other parameter’s like studying air quality of indoor and outdoor spaces, building management system and studying strategies for natural ventilation. By learning whole-building-simulation of these systems guided students to select the right system for a building type and thus further in deciding the energy efficient measures for it.
