The Government of India had entrusted to the authority the development, maintenance and management of National higway-95 (New NH-05) including the section from Kharar Km.10+185 (Design Chainage) to Samrala Chowk, Ludhiana Km. 86+199 (Design Chainage) (approx.76.014 km.). The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from kharar to Samrala Chowk, Ludhiana in the state of Punjab by 4/6-Laning thereof (the “Project”) on design, build, operate and transfer the “DBOT Annuity” or “Hybrid Annuity”) basis
