This Project is based on the work done during the internship at "Lodha-The Park", Mumbai. The project was a 78 Floors Dual Core High-Rise Structure. The Project includes an in-short explanation of the Safety Working Platform that is installed surrounding the Building for the purpose of safety for the workers working at height on the peripheral side of a High-Rise Structure. It also includes the construction methodology of core wall, Optimization of reinforcement bars, labour productivity achieved at site, Construction Ratios. A Construction Model of "Automatic Climbing System" Unit was prepared based on actual load transfer in scale of 1:25
