By Fostering meaningful connections between the IIM-Campus, The management development center and neighborhood the project is an attempt to Revitalizes the existing Structure to nurture a unique experience of allowing the building to become a host for the neighbourhood. With addition to the existing building programme and selective repurpose of the building, it now functions as a hotel management institute. Respecting the existing built environment the proposed additions sit above the existing structures and establishes various connections back to the campus and the city. The design attempted to break from the the typical notion of a business hotel and making it more experiential for campus and the commons.
