The brief was to design a resort in tropical climate using context of Colonial tea garden villas. The site is an Eco- resort in Gajoldoba, West Bengal, Siliguri. The resort is near to the Teesta river and the site has existing lake. The resort will act as a ' Sanctuary' , A place to find peace within. The resort acts as a place for protection, peace and safety with nature preservation.
