Guided by the book 'Poetics of Space' by Gaston Bachelard, this is project set in the mysterious moss laden trees of the Hoh Rainforest. It chases the oneiric feeling of living in a dwelling which is expansive, infinitely branching and full of liminal spaces. The perpetually growing house wraps around the trees of the forest forming a symbiotic relationship with it. It is an organism flourishing for centuries and having undergone several seasonal changes and challenges. The dwelling personifies the Body and the character living inside it, the Soul. Their existence is intertwined; one can't survive without the other.
