TrashEd- A center for exploring and re-imagining trash

TrashEd is a world of waste, generated by us, everyday, as we go about our lives. The use of waste objects in spatial elements, and the furniture at the experience center triggers curiosity in users who are then introduced to various hands-on activities which make them creatively innovate with waste and look at it as not an end- product, but the start of something new. Working with their hands sensitizes them about how little waste can be reused, the effort that goes into this process, and the scale of waste generated by our lifestyle. TrashEd leaves them with a better understanding of how they can minimize waste, reuse and upcycle before creating further waste; to think before they throw! Link for working drawing portfolio
