COVID19 Service Operations & Management of Vadodara

This semester we have studied  operations & management of COVID19 pandemic of our respective cities. Starting with basic data collection and learning tools for service analysis a framework was developed. Crucial aspects of the services provided by the corporation were assessed in depth like the organizational capabilities, exposure analysis and aggressiveness of the pandemic in city. Service delivery & service perception was compared to identify scope of improvement in each sector. Further with recommendations the existing scenario was mapped together with improved version for better perception of the services.
