A comprehensive study was performed to analyze the service provided by Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation for managing the pandemic. A service concept was identified and various tools were used to identify risks, delays and citizen expectations and perception for the service. The identified risks were quantified to prioritize actions to resolve them. Further an impact analysis was conducted for each of the action recommended and finally the existing as well as proposed service was reviewed.
