As a part of Service Operation Management, an elaborate study for the city of Faridabad was done with reference to COVID 19 pandemic. For the study, the city was analyzed with the help of service operations analysis tools namely, process time, service analysis, risk analysis, responsibility matrix, etc. On the basis of these tools, various service and risk analysis were identified to finally arrive at the final service review where the existing and the future recommendations were compared to find how much the city would improve in tackling the pandemic if they were to be implemented.
