With a total ward count of 10, the town of Pathsala, governed by the Pathsala Town Committee, is the primary source of provision of resources to its 68 neighbouring villages. Located almost 500 meters from the town center, the site is a privately-owned mixed-use facility that consists of a petrol pump, a residential cum commercial complex with open spaces, and commercial units. A need investigation among the gaps helped in discovering the issues just as the answers for them with the assistance of contextual analyses and benchmark practices.
