Rohini Gateway is a residential gated community in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. The society is governed by the Rohini Gateway Owners Welfare Association (RGOWA),which was formed in 2012. The various assets present in the society were mapped to understand the components involved in a service provision. Based on the assessments, issues related to wastewater management, solid waste management, fire fighting services, and governance were considered for the first phase of implementation. The proposals were developed with the vision of improving the social and economic sustainability of the society. The FM phasing plan was then prepared based on the proposals.
