Greenfield Private Land Development | Bengaluru

Bengaluru, has taken a huge leap in development owing to the spurring growth in the public and IT sector, which in turn has led to significant economic progress. Known as the “Silicon Valley of India”, the city is the center of India’s high-tech industry and as a result has a booming real estate market. The aim of the project was to study the potential of a greenfield site located in central Bengaluru and explore the various development opportunities on the site. Several aspects were studied such as evaluation of land, understanding the existing micro-market demand, and the impact of the project’s financial output for the developer. This helped understand the best use of the land and to provide a comprehensive project proposal, that includes details for financial resource development. The proposed project is of a mixed use development that can be a landmark project in the city center which would be profitable as a joint venture agreement with the landowner.
