With an ever expanding need for better living conditions and habitable settlements, there is always a constant search to achieve balance between resource utilization and resource give back. Letting us down to the question of how much nature do we use and how much do we end up creating or giving back at the end of creating ourselves a settlement; this project explores the idea of living close to nature  with active recreation and commerce all at walking distance without compromising on comfort and scale.
