The portfolio ‘Vikas Nagar and Khurram Nagar, Lucknow’ has been prepared to analyse and determine the existing condition of Vikas Nagar and Khurram Nagar which are 50-year-old residential areas located in the northern part of the city of Lucknow at a distance of 4.5 km from the city center. The main intention of the portfolio is to provide a detailed inspection of 1 square kilometre of the designated study area for understanding of key urban characteristics through a comprehensive analysis of the urban fabric, history, street network and connectivity, land use and built form which make it a self-sufficient neighborhood.
