The selected precinct of 1km X 1km area is located in Western part Ahmedabad and the focus is to understand the palette of planned facilities and habitability. Overall the study explains the strengths of planned development. The comparative analysis in some aspects will be the difference between core (study area) and peripheral area with the same characteristics. Some comparison have done for planned and unplanned scenario.
