Development Plan Studio 2020 focused on the preparation of Development Plan of Rajkot for coming years by incorporating all the elements of city functioning such as land, transport, infrastructure, housing, economy and political aspects along with some of the special projects keeping in view Rajkot's future needs and estimating their costing and implementation mechanisms. It started with brainstorming some of the solutions to problems in Chandlodiya area analysed in previous semester. Later on, road network analysis of Sharjah was carried out followed by detailed case study of Gandhinagar DP and then finally preparing Rajkot's Development Plan for 35 lakhs population.
