The studio first teaches us and then allows us the flexibility to experiment with different planning approaches and understand their implications. It provides us a platform to understand the steps and methods of preparing a Town Planning Scheme for an area. Methods of integrating transport, housing, infrastructure and environmental considerations into a TP Scheme have also been analyzed. Other essential aspects including, DCR’S, Valuation, Land Development tools, mechanisms and Phasing have also been dealt with.
