Manipur: Restricting sporadic growth in grids

A greenfield development with Immense potentiality: Manipur, located on the western fringe of Ahmedabad was delineated as the area of study for the proposal of development schemes. Detailed zonal analysis dug out the scope of development on the western fringes helped propose zoning and subsequently phasing it to 4Tps. Finally TP, through the Reconstitution and detailed valuation, overall to the functioning of TPs. This was supported by a case study on Chandigarh and a detailed analysis of the market feasibility assessment.This story completes the journey from the macro to the micro-level analysis and development through the Town Planning Scheme.
