The studio focused on a Micro planning exercise- Town Planning Scheme for New Panvel in Navi Mumbai city and two periferal exercises giving alternate perspective to local area plan for Dublin City and the other focusing on market feasibility for a real estate project in Navi Mumbai. The TPS was a comprehensive learning process to develop a holistic approach towards zonal level plan, TPS layout and valuation. It comprised of studio learning and input lectures to strenghten the secondary data arrived to make analysis for various factors. Translation of Aeropolis vision to be implemented through a TPS is detailed out.
