T.P scheme formulation for south east Surat

The research area is located in the south-eastern part of the region, where peripheral development has pressurised the land to be built. In order to understand the trend of growth and to implement the micro-planning process, it is important to research micro-markets, infrastructure, costs, income, climate, real estate, environment, transport infrastructure, costs, and recovery, etc. In the current scenario, SUDA has not even recognized the demand pressure of the south-eastern section, which has turned into a patch style of growth. This can be brought into question in the micro-planning mechanism. By proposing a zoning strategy and a micro-planning urban planning tool, we are in a position to carve out land for the housing sector that can be further developed by private and public developers. And to respect existing land usage and market demand in order to prevent scatter growth.
