The hospitality industry of India is growing at a rapid pace, with tremendous scope in the imminent future. The project brings to the forefront a novel concept of a Luxury Service Apartment Hotel, combining the experience of living an elite life in a home-like environment. The study focuses on the inception and development phases of the project lifecycle from the perspective of the client. The portfolio briefly demonstrates a few processes involved in the feasibility study of the hotel project, namely the preparation of the project brief, the analysis of project cost, financial viability, resource management, and techno-economic workability.
