The studio focuses on BIM implementation on a project integrating with lean practices. Various roles are played by as consultants and performed task accordingly. This portfolio covers tasks carried out by structural consultant and contractor during BIM approach. It covers 3D BIM model creation, Quantity take-off, Site layout optimisation, 4D-5D simulation and Design simulation along-with application of last planner system and calculation of percentage plan complete for design work.
