The project was studied to understand the implementation of BIM on a project and how its efficiency can be increased by integrating Lean tools such as Last Planner System. The Studio focusses on BIM goals and uses and virtual collaboration through Integrated Project Delivery. The overall aim is to understand how technology can increase the productivity of the construction industry and what is the role of technology in it.
