The studio teaches us the different types of damages that takes place in a structure, identifying it's cause, extent of damage,  NDT required and identifying the best repair method keeping in mind the cost, time and quality of the repair. We used STAAD for all the force calculations, and reinforcement calculations were done manually. Different cases were taken into consideration for which all analysis was done and repair or retrofitting options were provided. For all the 4 cases,  the quantity and cost calculations were done.
