The meditation activity is not stationary, it is in process. The process of movement and pauses. In stage 1 a person can sit in the existing prayer hall and carry on the continuous process of breathing with their eyes closed. It will give them a pleasant experience of nature and will completely remove the thoughts in their mind. After 30 minutes one can move around the courtyard and feel the atmosphere of the surrounding. Then in stage 2 you come to a place which is dominatingly sound oriented where you can get a multisensory meditation experience of sound, rhythm, light and shadow. With the changing sound one can feel continuous, partial change in the experience of space.
