The project explores the existence of the ghettos of the poor as a housing type located in CBD area.The design proposes a unit with minimum space area that can be used in any block dimension in any form of the site provided for the cause. Only the cooking space is fixed and the rest of the unit is given an open floor to be customized as per the usage and number of people living within. All the wet area of the unit gets shifted outside into common service, which helps reduce the plumbing services in such a high density project.
