As a part of Facilities Management studio, we were given a group project to make facilities management plan of AMC School. Our study started with visiting the site and interviewing its stakeholders. After observing its current scenario, we have identified gaps and then came up with few proposals. The proposals are made to meet the present and future requirements of the school. The general observation was municipal schools has sufficient assets but it lacks in functionality of the built environment by integrating people, place, process and technology. Thus, facilities management at municipal schools should be a major concern area.
