FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR A TEMPLE

The aim was to develop a comprehensive Facilities Management plan for temples and the study attempts to assess and understand the existing utilities and the issues associated with it. To broaden our perspective on the same, the Jagannath temple, Ahmedabad is taken as the final project for the semester. The scope of the study is restricted to the utilities and facilities that fall within the temple premises and a few which have a direct influence on it.The proposed Facilities management plan has been focused on devising a system driven organization to ensure quality of work for better user experience from the facilities perspective.
