The project objective was to provide a facilities management plan for Jagannath Temple located in Jamalpur locality of Ahmedabad. The broader vision was to preserve the heritage of the temple as it caters to many devotees. The methodology followed was to first understand the existing facilities, analyse the gaps and provide solutions to address the gaps. The main focus areas discussed here are electricity and safety both very important to the functioning of the temple.
