The assigned project for this semester was to develop a facilities management plan for a housing society which was Lakhudi talavadi, a slum rehabilitation scheme, developed under Mukhyamantri Gruh Yojana. The main objective of the study was to understand the backhand operations that happen after the possession of such scheme. The focus was on understanding the gaps within the delivery mechanism of these services and suggesting some sustainable feasible solutions so as to improve the management of the scheme.
