The project objective was to provide a facilities management plan for Temples. Two temples were selected & Facilities management plans were made for each Temples, Sri Balaji Temple -Ahmedabad & Jagannath Temple -Ahmedabad. The broader vision was to enhance the user experience by catering well managed facilities & utilities to the visitors of the temples. The methodology followed was to first understand the existing facilities, analyse the gaps and provide solutions to address the gaps. The main focus areas discussed here are Parking, Information Technology, Material Management & Drainage which are very important to the functioning of the temple.
