City Infrastructure Plan - Surat(Water)

Surat is a city located in the western part of India in the state of Gujarat. It has one of the fastest growth rates due to immigration from various parts of Gujarat and other states of India. Surat is 2nd largest city of Gujarat & the 8th most populous city in India. And the area of SUDA boundary is 741.06 km2 including the SMC boundary.
In this portfolio, I am focusing on Water sustainable plan in the SUDA area. At the beginning of the portfolio, the study of macro-level water supply and analyzing the gap between demand and supply is conducted. After the gap analysis, I will find the areas of SUDA where the gap is maximum or where water sources are lacking. After finding the issues regarding water in the study area, I will provide a detailed proposal for the study area of water.
