Improved Delivery of Serviced land to the Market.

Observing and studying how the city worked over the years. Data collection from the government and private sectors and learning about the real estate sector of the city. From spacial expansion of the city, to the economic sector, how the city reacted to every situation and analysis as well as study the development loopholes in the process. To what extend the reforms can be suggested was the basic requirement. Designing the proposal for the city to expand. The making room approach was the backbone of this process. The simple idea of identify the growth zones and provide according to the needs. 
Then to come up with the individual city wide sub strategy in which I worked on improving the serviced land delivery to the market. This was the enabling strategy which focused on all the income groups of the city. The need of this strategy is to provide serviced land for the future growth. As the city is expanding, densification and physical growth of the city is at its peak. So there is a need for the serviced land.
