INCLUSIONARY HOUSING ZONE AND REGULATION

This is the housing strategy studio aims to formulate a city-wide housing strategy in case of Surat city for all income groups. With the help of primary and secondary data source we were able to identify the issues on the demand and supply side of the market. Through analysis it was observed that between the price range of 15 lakh to 60 lakh, where demand is much higher than supply. The sub strategy looks at how to increase the supply of affordable housing in market by incentivizing  the developers for the people who are less catered by the market.
