Inclusionary Housing Zone and Regulation

The Housing Strategy Studio is aimed at formulating a city wide strategy for all income groups, by identifying issues on the demand and supply side of the market, considering local land and labour market. Through secondary, primary & sectorial analysis of the city, it was observed that the demand is much higher in the price range of 15 Lakh to 60 Lakh than the supply. the strategy looks at the existing framework for Affordable Housing and what reforms can be made in order to incentivize the developers to increase the supply for the market which is less catered.
