in this studio we worked on developing housing strategy for Surat city. in this i specifically worked on land to build transactions. you can learn the process of land to built transactions, cost and time involved by looking at this portfolio. Also i have suggested some reforms for existing process for land to build transactions and provided the time and cost reduction due to this reforms.
